Foot Pain In Children

Children's feet are unique. They are softer and more flexible than adults feet and it takes until approximately 18 years of age for most of the bones in the feet to fully form.

Children develop at different rates and will progress through developmental stages at their own pace. Our podiatrists can give advice and provide treatment for a wide range of peadiatric foot problems including:

  • In-toeing gait
  • Heel pain (Severs)
  • Ingrown toenails
  • Plantar warts
  • 'Flat' feet
